Waterjet Cutting

Our waterjet cutting service is used mainly as a pre-machining operation or to support precision fabricated components. We are capable of cutting greater that 2 inch thick stainless steel plate and hold a tolerance of +/-.030 inches. The ability to cut to a close tolerance allows us to provide a part that is much closer to its finished dimension. Therefore, very little machining will have to take place and little or no grinding for weld preparation.
